Help Support Linli Hemric’s Recovery- It Takes a Village

Hi everyone, We’re reaching out to share what’s happening with our mom and to ask for support during a very difficult time.

On May 9th, 2025, our mom, Linli Hemric, experienced a life-threatening abdominal emergency that led to sepsis, obstructions, and pneumonia. The surgery was far more serious than expected, and she now faces a long and challenging road to recovery.

She is currently unable to work and will be relocating to Tulsa to be closer to us. We’re doing everything we can to ensure her transition is safe and supported. After 16 days at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, she has been transferred to Select Specialty Long-Term Acute Care Hospital in Tulsa.

Our mom is one of the strongest, kindest people we know, and we also know how deeply she’s loved by so many of you. It’s not easy for us to ask for help, but we’re trying to surround her with the same care she’s always given others.

We’re hoping to raise support to help with:
• Moving costs and deposits for safe housing once she’s discharged from the hospital, specialty hospital, and skilled nursing
• Relocation and storage expenses
• In-home health care, physical therapy, and rehabilitation not fully covered by insurance
• Home safety items and basic supplies
• Help covering bills during her transition

Our goal is 4500-5000 to help with recovery, relocation, medical supplies and housing-related costs during our mom’s healing and transition. We’re doing everything we can, but we can’t do it alone. Every donation, share, and prayer helps more than you.
